Description

The electric induction cooker PEI-6 island refers to the trade mark "New Energy". It is intended for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 6 burners with a total power consumption of 21 kW.

Permissible maximum distributed load per burner is 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 and not more than 26 cm. Boiling time for 1 litre of water is approximately 2 minutes.

The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
