Impact Resistant Helmet PШ-97 "Dzhieta" for Maximum Head Protection

PSh-97 "Jeta" - shock-proof helmet with a visor is designed to protect a person's head from all kinds of mechanical impacts (including blows with sticks, stones, bottles, etc.), open flames and unfavourable climatic effects.

The helmet shell is made of impact-resistant plastic. The face shield is made of polycarbonate and has a rubber seal on the upper edge. The helmet is equipped with a removable barmit, which is fastened to the helmet with a zip fastener.

Withstands vertical blunt force impact with an energy of up to 80 Joules, sharp force impact with an energy of up to 30 Joules.

In a vertical blunt force impact with a blunt object with an energy of 50 J, the force transmitted by the helmet to the head does not exceed 5 kN.

The fence can withstand single impacts of up to 1.2 Joules with the swivel and locking device remaining functional.

The duration of residual burning and smouldering of the helmet and visor shell material does not exceed 5 s after exposure to an open flame for 10 s..
