Description

Photometer immunoenzyme tablet "EFOS 9305" Photometer is made in the form of photometric unit, video monitor and printer. The photometric unit, with built-in microcomputer, provides control of microplate movement, measurement of optical density of analysed samples in the wells of a standard 96-well plate and processing of measurement results according to standard methods of immunoenzyme analysis. The number of protocols (methods) stored in the memory is 200.

Number of stored measurement results - up to 150 plates. Measurement range (RR) - from 0 to 4.0 B. Wavelengths of light filters - ( 405,450,490,620)nm - +2 extras.

Reproducibility of measurements - less than 0.2%. Bichromatic measurements.Advantages: - illuminator on semiconductor emitters; - high reproducibility of measurements. FSR 2010/07082.
