Hydraulic Soil Cultivator SBG-22-2 for Effective Soil Treatment

The harrowing hitch is designed for soil cultivation to a depth of 8 cm with ten rows of tines. Technological works on soil treatment include: closing of moisture during early spring harrowing with simultaneous distribution of crop residues; fallow treatment; loosening of the surface layer of soil (up to 8 cm); levelling of the surface layer of soil; destruction of seedlings and sprouts of weeds; incorporation of fertilisers into the soil; breaking of clods; Harrowing hitch can be used in all soil-climatic zones of Russia, except for stony ones, with soil moisture not exceeding 35%. Soil hardness in the cultivated layer up to 0.5 MPa.

Slope of the field surface not more than 10°. Stones are not allowed in the cultivated soil layer. Harrowing hitch and modifications, depending on the soil condition and working depth and working width is coupled with tractors equipped with engines with power from 150 l/s to 375 l/s (220 kW).
