Hydraulic Oil Supply Unit (MNU) for Effective Turbine Control

OIL (oil pressure unit) is designed to supply pressurised oil to the control and regulation system of the hydraulic turbine. The OBU provides movement of the hydraulic turbine regulating organs. Control and power supply is provided by the hydraulic unit control system. The basic part of the IHU is a drain oil tank designed for collection, cooling and storage of hydraulic system oil. The hydraulic control unit is a complex of electromechanical and hydromechanical devices designed for start-up, normal and emergency stops of the hydraulic unit. When voltage is applied to the terminals of the electric motor begins to rotate the shaft, which in turn rotates the pump shaft, thus the working fluid from the hydraulic tank enters the hydraulic panel, and from there to the actuators.
