Horizontal Charcoal Furnace PУЧГ-150 "MAMONT" for Wood Pyrolysis

The incinerator PUCHG-150 "MAMONT" is designed for processing of wood materials into charcoal by thermal decomposition of wood without access to oxygen. The area of application of the furnace - enterprises of various forms of ownership engaged in harvesting and processing of wood. The furnace can be transported from place to place, on forest lands, depending on felling and utilisation of wood waste.

The raw material for charcoal production is hard and soft wood (hardwood poles, industrial waste, cuttings and waste from carpentry shops. The working cycle includes: drying, pyrolysis of wood, cooling of charcoal. Total installed power 4 kW Average service life of the furnace - 10 years.

Warranty period of operation of the furnace - 12 months, from the date of transfer into the ownership of the buyer. Coal can be produced for any purpose. Capacity up to 6 tonnes per day, 120-150 tonnes per month.
