High-Temperature Heat Exchanger for Technological Processes NORDMATIC VT-PT 600 kW

Designed for use in high-temperature technological processes: crystallisation of polymers, heating of materials to certain temperatures, steaming or drying of materials to a certain level of humidity. A distinctive feature of the model is additional thermal protection of components involved in the heating process and exposed to high temperatures. High-temperature heat-resistant fans with operating temperature up to +400 °C.

To avoid overheating, the fan motor drive has a protected spline connection. The electric motor is cooled by external air flow. Heat exchanger made of heat-resistant stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.

Thermal insulation is increased to 100mm, eliminating the risk of injury to personnel and reducing the heat loss of the heat generator. Automation collects information from sensors located at the inlet and outlet of the air flow, which allows you to accurately regulate the technological process in a high temperature range.
