High-Pressure Turbine Cylinder Assembly T-250 for Enhanced Efficiency

The project of modernisation of turbine T-250/300-2400 provides for replacement of units and parts of the turbine operating at high temperatures and exhausted resource, and includes replacement of:
-WDC and CSD-I complete with installation on the existing foundation and new front bearing block and thrust bearing housings;
-Blocks of valves VD and SD with actuators with double steam inlets for connection to steam lines of boiler drum TPP-210A;
-block of the front bearing, support bearing assembly and rear support liner CSD-I;
-foundation frames under the housings of the front bearing block and thrust bearing;
-equipment of the turbine with electrohydromechanical ATS and turbine protection;
-equipping the drive turbine of the PTH with an electromechanical system of automatic regulation and protection with replacement of the actuators of the stop and control valves
equipping the turbine with ASKVM;
-replacement of ejectors, EOCs, oil protection rings and turbine cladding.
