High-Pressure Gate Valves up to 15.0 MPa for Oil and Petroleum Pipelines

Gate gate valves are used as a shut-off device for shutting off the flow of working medium in main oil and oil product pipelines. Manufacturing and delivery, including areas with seismicity up to 10 points inclusive on MSK-64 scale. Nominal diameter DN 100-1200.

Nominal pressure PN 1,6-15,0 MPa. Manufacturing and delivery according to: TU 3741-002-61858257-2015. It is possible to manufacture gate valves in accordance with the requirements of API-6D standard.

Gate tightness - class A (GOST 9544-2015). Connection to pipeline: under welding and flanged with mating flanges. Climatic execution: temperate (ambient temperature from -40°C to +40°C); cold (ambient temperature from -60°C to +40°C); Temperature of transported medium: for commercial oil: from -15°C to +80°C; for oil products: from -35°C to +60°C.

Gate valves are manufactured: with manual control (gearbox); with electric actuator/under electric actuator.
