High-Precision Bitumen Distributor AS-45.111 for Road Construction and Repair

Autohudronator on the vehicle KAMAZ EVRO2. It is designed for uniform high-precision distribution of bitumen emulsions and bitumen during construction, reconstruction and repair of roadbed. This model is made on the basis of a dump truck KAMAZ-65111 (6*6), in the body of which is installed quick-release equipment of the autohudronator with a capacity of 6 cubic metres. Functionality that performs this machine: distribution of materials up to 4 metres wide, manual filling of seams and cracks of asphalt, heating of seams before filling, self-filling from the storage, forced drainage of residual material through the pump, heating and maintaining the temperature of the material, and also performs the functions of a pumping station (for example, from bitumen truck to bitumen filler, bypassing its tank).
