High-Density Ice Cube Maker with Water-Cooled Condenser for Efficient Cooling

Ice cube ice maker LG-24/06K-03 is designed for the production of high-density cube ice, used for long-term cooling of drinks in cafes, bars, restaurants. The hopper of the ice maker is made of food moulded plastic, insulated with high density polyurethane foam and installed above the cooling unit with water type of cooling. The front and rear walls as well as side grids are easily removable for easy maintenance and repair.

Cladding, except for the rear wall, is made of high quality stainless steel. The ice maker is operated by a controller, which is responsible for the water injection system and the horizontal evaporator, which are downward facing truncated cones. Pressurised water supplied by an inbuilt pump is sprayed through nozzles onto the evaporator.

Ice forms inside the moulds and falls out of them under the action of brief heating.
