The kit is designed to monitor heparin therapy by determining the anti-Xa activity of heparin (both fractionated and low molecular weight) in human blood plasma. Kit composition: Substrate plasma, lyophilically dried (2.0 ml/fl.) - 2 vials; Reagent 1 - factor Xa and phospholipids, lyophilically dried (2.0 ml/fl.) - 2 vials; Calibrator plasma (1.0 ml/fl.) - 3 vials; Control plasma (1.0 ml) - 2 vials. Heparin activity in plasma-calibrators: level 0 - 0 anti-Cha units/ml; level 1 - 0.4 - 0.6 anti-Cha units/ml; level 2 - 0.7 - 1.1 anti-Cha units/ml.

Number of determinations in 1 set: on semi-automatic coagulometers - 40; the number of determinations on automatic coagulometers depends on the design of the device.
