Heavy Metal Cutting Machine "ARIA MTRM 20/60" for Plasma and Gas Cutting

Heavy duty plasma and gas metal cutting machine is used for particularly heavy duty applications. Generally this machine is used for processing thick sheet metal up to 300mm. The massive gantry of the machine is heat-treated after welding and then milled for high-precision profile guides.

Due to the high load-bearing capacity of the gantry, it is possible to install several calipers on it: block for 5-axis metal cutting (for chamfered cutting at an angle of up to 45 degrees), gas caliper. Milled rails for longitudinal movement of the gantry, through adjustable supports, are mounted on I-beams. This provides increased rigidity of the entire machine structure, as well as stable operation throughout the entire service life.

Only servo motors with feedback are used in this machine for thermal metal cutting, which ensures maximum cutting accuracy.
