The dough kneading machine is designed for industrial intensive operation at the enterprises of bakery and confectionery industry for kneading a wide range of yeast and yeast-free dough: for bakery products, with a low moisture content (lamb, dumpling), for the production of confectionery products (sugar, puff pastry, biscuits, galettes, gingerbread, etc.). Advantages: two Z-shaped moulded kneading organs rotating at different speeds towards each other ensure quality kneading; the bowl has a water jacket for cooling or heating the kneaded mixture.
The control is simple and intuitive: display of current parameters and control of the technological process is performed by means of the Touch-Screen display. The machine frame, machine cladding, bowl cover, bowl are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the kneading element is cast from cast stainless steel alloy.
