PAC "IS DB OPM "January-374" X2" refers to technical and software means of information systems containing databases of subscribers of communication operators and communication services provided to them, as well as information on users of communication services and on communication services provided to them, ensuring the performance of established actions in the conduct of operational and investigative measures in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation No. 573 of 29.10.2018.
