CoSS-8 Grain Dryer for Efficient Drying of Grains and Oilseeds

For drying of grain, leguminous, oilseed crops with humidity up to 40%. SoSS-8, productivity 20 pl.t/h. It consists of drying blocks, inverters, storage hopper, roof, unloading mechanism, air heater in the furnace compartment, a set of air ducts, facing panels, ladders (ladders) service, with automation system in the control room, with a system of aspiration cleaning of grain and emergency discharge.

High productivity: large air flow passes through the grain; in seed mode it is possible to dry at the temperature of the coolant up to 70 deg.C. Economy: minimum fuel consumption; availability of "zones of settling", where the grain without blowing gives off internal moisture; recirculation of the spent coolant; allows to increase productivity at any time; there are no cooling zones, the dryer works only on heating. Quality: grain is not burnt; 0% grain crushing; uniform discharge.

Maintenance: the dryer is convenient to clean, disinfect; works without dust; does not require large investments.
