Geomodule is a cellular non-disassembled construction made of textile materials, filled with inert materials (sand, sand-gravel mixture, sand-soil mixture) with the help of mounting frame.
The geomodule is made of external and internal tapes, which form the cells of the geomodule. The dimensions of the geomodule vary from 3 to 5 metres, depending on the size of the cell. The cell size is selected from a range from 100 to 1000 mm. The bottom of the geomodule is fixed in the base of the geomodule by stitching. It is allowed to produce a geomodule without a bottom. To fasten the geomodule to the frame, mounting tapes for fastening to the frame are sewn on the outer and inner tapes, the location of which is chosen taking into account the frame construction. Mounting straps for attaching adjacent geomodules are sewn onto the outer straps of the geomodule. Before laying in the design position, each geomodule is assembled with the frame in order to ensure the rigidity of the geomodule structure at the moment of its backfilling with soil. The frame structure is assembled...
