Gas Turbine Unit GTU-65 Axial Compressor Washing System for Maintenance

The system of washing of axial compressor of gas turbine unit GTE-65 (and its modifications GTE-65.1 and others) is intended for removal of deposits appearing on parts of flowing part of axial compressor during operation. The flushing system consists of: - a set of nozzles (nozzles, supply hoses, manifolds, fasteners), designed for washing the flowing part of axial compressor on cold cranking (CC); - a set of nozzles (nozzles, supply hoses, manifolds, fasteners), designed for washing the flowing part of axial compressor on the run; - device TPM01.3A for preparation and supply of washing solution to axial compressor on the run and on CC. The device is connected to sets of nozzles for washing on the move and on the CP.
