Gas Turbine Engine NK-16-18STD for Gas Compressor Drive Systems

Gas turbine engine NK-16-18STDV is designed for use as a blower drive of gas pumping unit GPA-C-16 and GPA-16 "Volga". It is developed on the basis of the aircraft engine NK-8-2U ser.2. The NK-16-18STDV engine has an electronic-hydraulic control system.

As an actuator dosing fuel gas supply to the combustion chamber is used dosing unit DVB with a control unit. The engines are manufactured both from new parts and assemblies and using parts and assemblies of the NK-8 family of aircraft engines that have outlived their service life in flight operation.
