Gas turbine electric generator SGTG-8

Gas-turbine electric generator SGTG-8 with electric capacity of 8 MW is used as part of power plants of a wide range of ships, as well as thermal power plants of industrial and municipal facilities (including marine and seaside).

The SGTG-8 has all the advantages of the E70/8RD, as well as:

- the best mass-dimensional characteristics;
- possibility of operation without water consumption;
- high level of maintainability;
- low oil losses.

Application options E70/8RD and SGTG-8:

- marine propulsion systems
- vessels/platforms for exploration drilling/production/processing/storage of hydrocarbons
- drilling platforms supporting the operation of offshore oil and gas fields
- onshore/port/floating complexes for processing, loading, pumping of hydrocarbons, liquefaction of natural/associated gas
- pipeline trunklines (pumping stations) for hydrocarbon transportation operated in marine/arctic climate conditions.
