Gas Purification Block BFP-1 for Efficient Mechanical Impurity Removal

The unit is designed for purification of natural gas from mechanical impurities and dripping liquid and is part of the gas purification plant. The unit is installed on an open area. The unit is made in vertical version. The unit is designed for two-stage (by fractional composition) removal of solid mechanical impurities and dripping liquid: at the first stage - by multicyclones, at the second stage - by separation modules. Operating principle of the apparatus: gas with liquid and solid impurities enters the apparatus through the inlet pipe to the section of multicyclones (1st stage of purification). Large droplets of liquid and solid particles, falling into the coil of the multicyclone, under the influence of inertial and centrifugal forces are thrown to the periphery and discharged into the lower collection under the plate of the multicyclones, and partially cleaned gas, through the central tube of the multicyclone is discharged upwards - to the section of separation modules (2nd stage of purification).
