Full Leg Orthosis TН8-18 for Complete Knee Extension and Ankle Support

Tutor on the whole leg is designed to fix the lower limb in the position of full extension of the knee joint and functionally favourable position of the ankle joint. The torso consists of a single sleeve for the thigh, shin and foot. It is possible to make a full leg tourniquet with a derotation boot.

Tutor can be load for walking, non-loading. It is made: by vacuum moulding according to individual plaster cast from thermoplastic materials, by lamination of carbon and textile materials with resin or by innovative technology in the field of polymeric materials - with low-temperature plastics, modelled directly on the patient's limb or cast. The softening inlay is made of foam material. The fastener is made in the form of a textile clasp providing an adjustable degree of fixation of the lower limb segments. Each fastener consists of two parts, one of which has hooks and the other has loops.
