Four-Burner Induction Cooktop KIP-47N-5.0 for Efficient Catering Applications

Four-burner induction cooker KIP-47H-5,0 is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in special cookware. The cooker consists of a frame on which the stainless steel front panel with control elements, table top with glass-ceramic working surfaces (heating zones), side, bottom and back panels, air duct are fixed. Each work surface is heated by its own independent induction module (inductor) installed under the glass-ceramic surface.

Inductors provide 9 levels of heating power, are equipped with timers, have the function of temperature maintenance from +60 °C to +240 °C, overheating protection. Switched on inductors with when there is no cookware in the heating zone for more than 1 minute, the inductors are automatically switched off. Cooling fans are installed on the rear panel and automatically switch on when the burners are switched on.
