The coiled tubing unit UNT1 is designed for running and lifting and technological operations using coiled tubing (hereinafter - CT) during workover, current repair and stimulation of oil and gas wells (liquidation of hydrate, paraffin, sand deposits and plugs, acid treatment of bottom-hole zone and so on) without killing them at pressure at the sealed wellhead up to 70 MPa. Field of application - carrying out technological operations at oil, gas and gas condensate wells. Chassis: MAZ- 6317F9 6x6; - Descending depth: o for coiled tubing with diameter 38,1 mm, 2 500 m; o for coiled tubing with diameter 31,75 mm, 3 400 m; - Maximum pulling force of MPT: 12 t.s.; - Max. working pressure of manifold: 70 MPa; - Load moment of equipment installer: 20 tm; - Wellhead equipment: preventer / sealer: 70 MPa.
