Flexible Axial Bellows Compensator Type A AFZ for Efficient Connection of Hydraulic and Gas Systems

Silphon compensators provide flexible, hermetic connection of oil pipelines, gas pipelines, pipelines and units of hydraulic, gas, air, fuel and oil systems of apparatuses of ground equipment. Compensators are designed to compensate temperature and mechanical movements of pipeline systems located in aboveground (including indoors) and underground laying of pipelines, in channels, tunnels, chambers. Conducted medium: oil, oil products, water, air, vacuum, steam, various types of liquids and gas. Compensators are used in oil, gas, chemical, metallurgical industries, in construction, power engineering. The main feature of this compensator is the absence of spacing force transfer from the medium pressure to the pipelines. This effect is achieved through the use of a combination of large and small bellows, which counterbalance each other's spacing forces, through a system of pull rods and different diameters.
