Description
The model is designed to study the human brain. The cerebellum is located behind the medulla oblongata and is placed under the occipital lobes of the hemispheres of the large brain, in the cranial fossa. A distinction is made between the lateral parts, or hemispheres, and the worm located between them.
Unlike the spinal cord and brainstem, the grey matter (cortex) is on the surface of the cerebellum and the white matter is inside. An exploded, enlarged model of the human cerebellum in section, showing the internal structure. The model consists of 2 parts, without stand.
