Emergency Call Device VU-1 for SUBR-1P System - Ensuring Safety Communication

The call panel VU-1 is a search device within the SUBR-1P complex and is intended for use in emergency situations (e.g., when the integrity of the antenna of the SUBR-1P complex). VU is a portable search device as part of the SUBR-1P complex and is used when solving the task of searching for people in the rubble. It is used to feed the signals of the SUBR-1P complex to the personal radio units SUBR-02SM in order to activate the transmitters of the systems of search and detection of people in the rubble, built into the mine head lamps.

The power supply of the VU is autonomous, from the inbuilt accumulator battery. VU is manufactured in two versions: VU-1.0 TIS17.0.0.00.000 and VU-1.1 TIS17.0.0.00.000-1, differing in the centre frequency of the transmitted signal (range 1 and range 2 respectively).
