Elmakon conveyor units are designed for various chemical operations of PCB processing. The units have a nomenclature range of modifications, differing, depending on the technological process performed, by the composition of built-in technological equipment and the number of technological modules of the required purpose; in this case, the design, general parameters and technical characteristics of the units, provided by the technical specifications of the manufacturing organisation, are not changed.
The unit contains both actuating elements (pumps, TENS, displacement drive, electric and pneumatic valves) and control system elements (switching devices for pumps, TENS, motor drivers, digital and analogue modules for data input and output to the control system with distributed periphery). This makes assembly and installation as simple as possible, and ensures maximum reliability and compactness of the control system.
