Electronic Stationary Scales Alfa AV for Accurate Weight Measurement

The stationary electronic scales Alpha AB (hereinafter - scales) are designed for static weight measurements of road and railway transport. The scales are used in trade and commodity exchange operations, work on packing of goods. The principle of operation of the scales is based on conversion of the force acting on the scales, created by the object being weighed, into deformation of elastic elements of weight measuring sensors, on which strain gauges are applied.

Deformation of the elastic elements causes a change in the electrical signal of the strain gauges. An analogue electrical signal from the weighing sensors is transmitted through a 6-wire circuit to the analogue-digital converter, which is located near the load receiving device or built into the indicator. The converted signal is processed by the indicator, which displays the measured mass value on the display.
