The main characteristics of the spiral dough mixer TMS-120NN-2:
- the possibility of kneading any kind of dough sandy dough for biscuits and tartlets; unleavened dough for dumplings, manty and noodles; yeast dough for rolls, pies and patisseries; yeast dough for wheat and rye breads;
- additional possibility of kneading of a steep dough with the total mass not exceeding 30% of the norm for loading of ordinary yeast dough;
Possibility of short-term reversible rotation of the kneading organ and the bowl for easy removal of dough residues;
- belt and chain drive;
- use of high-quality belts with oil and heat-resistant coating, made of polyurethane and elastomer mixture.
