The combi steamer is used at catering enterprises both independently and as part of a technological line. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel.
The rounded corners of the chamber make it possible to obtain excellent cooking results and to clean the oven after cooking without any problems.
For cooking in programme mode, the oven is equipped with 110 programmes with 4 cooking stages. Also the device is equipped with a function of regulation of humidity, it is carried out by changing the volume of water supplied to the oven.
