The combi steamer is used at catering enterprises both independently and as part of a technological line. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. Rounded corners of the chamber allow to obtain excellent results during cooking and after cooking without any problems.
The rounded corners of the oven allow for perfect cooking results and easy cleaning after cooking. For cooking in programme mode, the oven is equipped with 110 programmes with 4 cooking steps.
