Electric Frying Pan with Tilted Bowl for Cooking and Frying - SESM-0.5LCH

The electric frying pan SESM-0,5LCH is designed for operation in the kitchens of catering enterprises, as a universal electric heating apparatus used for frying by the main method and in fryer, for stewing, stewing, pasting, as well as for steaming meat, fish, vegetable dishes and culinary products. The bowl of the pan is cast iron and is covered with a hinged lid with a spring mechanism that provides easy lifting and fixation of the lid in the open position. Tilting of the bowl for unloading the product is done by turning the handwheel.

Under the bowl is heated by heating elements. Rated power of heating elements is 12.0 kW. Thermoregulator, in automatic mode, maintains the temperature of the bowl bottom from +50 to +300 degrees.

The nominal volume of the bowl is 75 litres. The area of the bowl feed is 0,5 m2. Overall dimensions of the pan: length 1370 x width 845 x height 940 mm.
