Electric Frying Pan SЭСМ-0.25ЛЧ for Efficient Cooking in Restaurants

The electric frying pan SESM-0,25LCH is designed for use in the kitchens of catering enterprises, as a universal electric heating apparatus used for frying in the main method and in deep frying, for stewing, stewing, pasting, as well as for steaming meat, fish, vegetable dishes and culinary products. The bowl of the pan is cast iron and is covered with a hinged lid with a spring mechanism that provides easy lifting and fixation of the lid in the open position. The tilt of the bowl, for unloading the product, is made by turning the handwheel.

Under the bowl is heated by heating elements. Rated power of heating elements is 6,0 kW. Thermoregulator, in automatic mode, maintains the temperature of the bowl bottom from +50 to +300 degrees.

The nominal volume of the bowl is 40 litres. The area of the bowl feed is 0,25 m2. Overall dimensions of the pan: length 800 x width 845 x height 940 mm.
