Electric Four-Burner Cooktop EP-4P Eco Series for Professional Cooking

The electric four-burner cooker on a stand EP-4P series ECO is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a plate at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. The cooker consists of a stand, as well as a frame with fixed on it panelling, control panel with electric devices, burners and worktops. A pull-out drip tray is used to collect any liquid spilt on the cooking surface of the burner. Stepwise regulation of the burner power is carried out by setting the switch knob to the position "1", "2" or "3", which determines respectively the degree of heating: weak, medium, strong. The stand is equipped with a shelf.
