Description

Body and switchboard of electric duct heater are made of galvanised steel.
Heating elements are made of stainless steel.
The heater is equipped with a two-stage overheating protection.
The first stage sensor (with automatic reset) is activated when the air temperature on the heater body reaches 60°C.
The second stage sensor (with manual reset) is activated when the air temperature on the heater body reaches 90°C.
If the ventilation system, which includes an electric air heater, is manually controlled, when switching off the system, the air heater must be switched off first, and the fan must be switched off after the heating element has cooled down completely.
CAUTION: It is not allowed to energise the Kanal-ECV-K when the fan is switched off!
The heating power can be regulated smoothly by means of an electric power regulator.
