Electric Drying Cabinet "Dachnik-2" for Efficient Home Drying of Fruits and Vegetables

Drying electric cabinet "Dachnik-2M" is designed for home preparation of fruits, vegetables, berries, mushrooms, herbs and other plant products by drying.

The fruit and vegetable dryer has a special body structure so that the outer sides of the body are not heated during operation. This feature is especially valuable if there are small children at home or if the dryer is located close enough to other appliances.

Inside the body of the drying cabinet there is a section with tubular radiators (electric heaters), which set a certain range of infrared radiation. Drying takes place at an optimum temperature of 40-700 °C. The evaporation of moisture in the electric cabinets by means of infrared radiation preserves vitamins, trace elements, nutritional value and other important qualities such as taste, colour and natural aroma in the dried products to the maximum extent possible. Afterwards, just soak the dried product in slightly warm water and it is almost completely restored.
