Electric Demonstration Model of Wagon Bogie DM-T-68-4096 for Educational Purposes

Designed for students of specialised educational institutions to acquire knowledge about the design of a wagon bogie and its main components and is an electrified scale three-dimensional model of a two-axle bogie model 68-4096. Demonstration of the working principle of the bogie model is carried out by means of rotation of the wheelset model equipped with a model of a generator with a cardan drive. The railway track is made in the scale of the model.

Painting of structural elements is done in contrasting colours for better visibility. The bogie wheel rotation is realised by means of the cardan gear and electromechanical drive of the bogie generator installed in the layout. There is a function of bogie drive speed control.

The trolley layout is covered with a transparent hood to ensure the safety of the layout and protect students from the rotating parts of the layout. It is provided to display the change of the trolley rotation speed by means of LED indication.
