The cooker with a roasting cabinet is designed for heat treatment of food in platen dishes and in the chamber of the roasting cabinet, in the kitchens of catering companies. The upper module with 2 burners is installed on the griddle cabinet. The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong.

The roasting cabinet chamber, made of carbon steel, is wrapped with thermal insulation and closed with a door. The door opens from right to left. There are lower and upper heating elements in the chamber.

The lower heating element is covered with box-shaped bases. The upper heating element is open. Trays, which are included in the delivery, can be placed in the chamber on 5 levels.

Switching on and off the lower and upper heating elements is done by corresponding switches. The temperature in the cabinet is regulated by a thermo regulator. The control panel of the cabinet is located to the right of the door.
