The product belongs to the category of professional kitchen equipment and is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in the plate, as well as for heat treatment of semi-finished products of meat, fish, vegetables in functional containers for cooking, frying, stewing and passivation and is used at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. The cooker on a stand consists of an upper module and a stand.
The upper module is fitted with burners on adjustable studs, by means of which the burners are set in the same plane with each other. There is also a pull-out drip tray for collecting liquid spilt on the cooking surface of the burner.
The burner heating elements are controlled by switches on the control panel of the upper module. The hob stand is prefabricated and consists of upper and lower shelves and four corner posts with supports.
