The electric food boilers are designed for cooking broths, sauces, desserts, soups and various second and third dishes. Boiler is used at catering enterprises, canteens of production enterprises, both independently and as part of technological lines. The boiler is equipped with a control panel, which allows you to cook dishes. The main functions of the boiler: cooking at a given temperature, manual pouring of water at the choice of the operator. The boiler vessel is made of corrosion-resistant steel AISI 316L, external lining AISI 304. For hygienic cleaning the boiler is equipped with a smothering device.
