Boiler food boilers electric is designed for cooking broths, second, third courses and boiling water. Boiler is used at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. Drainage of the finished product is carried out by tipping the cooking vessel with the help of a manual drive.

The lid is fixed in the upper position with the help of a latch. Water heating is carried out by means of steam-water jacket. The material of the vessel is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304.

The boiler has 3 heating modes. The boiler is supplied with a mounting stand.
