Description

The product belongs to the category of professional kitchen equipment and is designed for frying, stewing semi-finished products of meat, fish, vegetables, baking small flour products and baking curd dishes on trays and gastro containers. The cabinet can be placed at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological lines. The product is designed for operation in rooms with artificially regulated climatic conditions.

SHZHE-2-11-MH - 900 series, two-sectional, with a carbon steel oven, on a painted base. The product has a prefabricated and collapsible design, which ensures their passage through doorways. The product is multi-tiered and consists of single-type sections mounted on a prefabricated base with height-adjustable supports.

Each section consists of a roasting cabinet chamber (hereinafter referred to as chamber or oven), panelling, control panel and door. The chamber of the section is made of carbon steel (SHZHE-1-11-MH, SHZHE-2-11-MH, SHZHE-3-11-MH).
