The electric food boilers with stirring and tipping functions are designed for cooking broths, first, second and third courses (maximum product temperature 125 degrees Celsius). The boiler is used at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological lines. Drainage of the finished product is carried out by tipping the cooking vessel with the help of a manual drive or through a drain cock.
The lid is fixed in the upper position with a lock. Water heating is carried out by steam-water jacket method. The boiler is equipped with a bottom easily removable mixer for mixing the prepared product.
The mixer has adjustable speed of rotation and reverse. The material of the vessel is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316. The boiler is supplied with a stand, which is equipped with travelling wheels and adjustable supports.
