The fat combustion products are removed from the chamber through catalytic neutralisers located on top of the grill body to ensure clean and safe air in the ventilation system. Safe conveyor feed with automatic stack product loader eliminates the need for constant monitoring. The enclosure is made entirely of stainless steel with satin finished exterior surfaces. The equipment is protected by a system of quick-acting fuses located behind the sides of the unit.
