Electric Convection Steamer PKA6-2/1PP2 for Versatile Cooking Applications

The combi steamer is designed for cooking various dishes both in manual mode and with the use of ready-made cooking programmes. Built-in automatic washing function will allow you to quickly and efficiently clean the chamber without human intervention. Washing is possible both with liquid detergents and tabletised detergents.

The combi steamer works according to two main parameters: cooking time and probe temperature. The combi steamer has 120 cooking programmes in memory and 360 blank cells for writing your own programmes (120 blank cells each for "Cook 1", "Cook 2" and 120 blank cells for general access). The electronic panel is convenient and easy to use.

Up to four cooking steps can be set in each programme. The distance between the gastronorms in the oven chamber is 70 mm. Automation provides quick access to the working mode.
