Description

The combi steamer is designed for cooking various dishes both in manual mode and with the use of ready-made cooking programmes. Built-in automatic washing function will allow you to quickly and efficiently clean the chamber without human intervention. Washing is possible both with liquid detergents and tabletised means.The combi steamer works according to two main parameters: cooking time and probe temperature.The combi steamer has 120 cooking programmes in memory and 360 clean cells for writing your own programmes (120 clean cells for "Cook 1", "Cook 2" and 120 clean cells for general access).The electronic panel is convenient and easy to use.
