Electric Control and Management System for Station-Level Use (SKU ECH OU)

SSCU ECh LS monitors and controls the electrical equipment of the general plant auxiliary needs of the nuclear power plant and the equipment of the power delivery circuit, including: <ul> <li>- 500 kV and 220 kV switchgear 500 kV and 220 kV switchgear high voltage switches, transmission lines, communication autotransformer, generator-transformer units, shunt reactors;</li> <li>220 kV and 6 kV circuit breakers of standby auxiliary transformers;</li> <li>6 kV and 0.4 kV circuit breakers of the backup power supply mains, transformers of general station auxiliary needs and general station consumers;</li> <li>switches of voltage regulation devices under load of 500/220 kV communication autotransformer, 220/6.3 kV standby auxiliary transformers.</li> </ul> SCU ECS implements algorithms of synchronisation of switching on high-voltage circuit breakers by the method of semi-automatic synchronisation (from ARM) of two networks and by the method of manual precise synchronisation (from mosaic control panels - MPKU). .
