The stand is designed to perform tests on mechanical strength of driving axles. Principle of operation of the stand: - hubs of bridges are loaded with a given rotation frequency by a certain torque; - loading of hubs is achieved by the difference of moments applied to the drive flange in relation to the hub; - change of rotation frequency of the drive flange of the bridge is regulated by changing the transmission ratio on the belt drive unit.
Climatic design of the stand is U1 according to GOST 15150. The stand is designed for operation in a closed room at ambient air temperature from plus 5 to plus 35 C and relative humidity from 30 to 70% (in the absence of condensation).
The environment is non-explosive, not containing significant amounts of aggressive gases and vapours in concentrations destructive to metals and insulation, not saturated with conductive dust and water vapours.
