Dual-Spectrum Observation System for Environmental Monitoring Applications

The dual-spectral module is designed to monitor the environment in television, thermal imaging spectra and in the combined signal mode. The final video signal is displayed on an external video monitor. The dual-spectral module is obtained by connecting the second matrix - TV matrix to the processor board of the own-made thermal imaging module "Module-TPV-640-GEN2" by means of the second CSI2 interface. Processing of the signal from the TV matrix, as well as algorithms of heat-tele matching (compensation of geometric distortions of lenses, geometric matching, information matching) are performed on the same processor of the module as the thermal imaging processing), unlike common two-channel heat-tele systems. By processing in one processor, the dual-spectral thermal-tele module is a compact, low-consumption device with minimal video processing latency.
